When you contact True Tan, one of our professionals will help schedule your appointment and discuss what package(s) you're interested in. Please be sure to read through of Tips page so you can get the best results from your tan, but we are also certainly available to answer any questions about our product or service by phone.
At the time of your appointment one of our mobile spray tan representatives will arrive, and in the privacy of your home, set up a small tent to contain the spray during application. It also provides full privacy if you are hosting a tanning party and have multiple people present.
A light mist is evenly sprayed over the desired areas, with the entire appointment taking 30 minutes or less (approximately 15-20 min per extra person).

Refunds
True Tan does not offer refunds, but there is a 48-hour grace period after receiving a tan where you may receive touch up if you are not completely satisfied with your tan.
